在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上,胡锦涛总书记强调,要全面认识和自觉运用马克思主义执政党建设规律,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,不断提高党的建设科学化水平。而推进农村基层党组织建设科学化,是党的建设科学化大体系中的一个重要方面。近年来,延庆县以科学发展观为指导,积极探索提升农村基层组织建设科学化水平,进一步增强了农村基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力。
