随着钻井深度的不断加深,我国深井和超深井的比重越来越大,井架高度及其起重量也相应地越来越大,因而对井架总体失稳的计算方法的研究,日益显得重要。张嗣伟同志在分析各类井架总体特征的基础上,根据弹性稳定理论,提出一种比较实用的近似计算方法,并先后撰文发表在兰州石油机械研究所编辑出版的《石油钻采机械通讯》1974年第2期和1975年第1期上。文章引起了许多同志的浓厚兴趣。三、四年来,石油战线和其他部门的同志不断与作者联系,希望更系统地了解这种计算方法。本刊现在发表的《井架总体稳定性的概念与计算原理》,就是作者为了满足部分读者的需要写成的。
With the continuous deepening of the drilling depth, the proportion of deep and ultra-deep wells in our country is getting larger and larger, and the height and lifting weight of the derrick are correspondingly larger and larger. Therefore, it is increasingly important to study the calculation method of the derrick overall instability. On the basis of analyzing the general characteristics of all kinds of derricks, Comrade Zhangsi Wei proposed a comparatively practical approximate calculation method based on the theory of elastic stability. He published the article “Petroleum Drilling and Milling Machinery Newsletter” edited and published by Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute in 1974 No. 2 and No. 1 in 1975. The article has aroused the great interest of many comrades. For three or four years, the commanders of the oil fronts and other departments have kept in touch with the author and hope to understand this method of calculation more systematically. Now published in the journal “the overall stability of the derrick concept and calculation principle” is written by the author in order to meet the needs of some readers.
