岩斜坡区的位置深在，结构复杂，功能重要，手术中常因暴露欠佳或由于对其实体解剖不够熟悉而误伤重要的组织结构。鉴于此，作者模拟手术入路对２０例经福尔马林固定的成人头颅进行详细的观测，分析讨论了各种入路的适应症，提出术前应根据ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ和数字减影血管造影术（ＤＳＡ）等影像学表现，仔细制订手术方案，分别选用不同的入路，或是在一次手术中把单一入路向某一方向扩大，目的在于力求全切除肿瘤，提高疗效和生存质量。
The location of the rock slope is deep, complex and functional, often resulting in poor exposure to surgery or accidental injury to important tissue structures due to lack of familiarity with their anatomy. In view of this, the author simulated the surgical approach to 20 cases of formalin fixed adult skull detailed observation, analysis and discussion of various indications for admission, proposed preoperative should be based on CT, MRI and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and other imaging performance, careful planning of surgical options, were selected different approach, or a single operation in a single direction to expand in one direction, the purpose is to strive to remove the tumor, improve the efficacy and quality of life.
