我国电子工业经过几十年的努力已有相当的发展。1980年电子工业总产值达1000亿元人民币,近四年来又翻了一番,但与国际水平相比,无论在产值、产品结构、品种和可靠性、劳动生产率等方面都存在着很大差距。为了使我国电子工业担负起国民经济电子装备部和人民物质文化生活电子产品供应部的重任,我们认为,我国电子工业在今后发展的对策上应实现以下六个转变:
After several decades of efforts, China’s electronics industry has made considerable progress. In 1980, the total output value of the electronics industry reached 100 billion yuan, which has doubled in the past four years. However, compared with the international level, there is a big gap in terms of output value, product structure, variety and reliability, and labor productivity. . In order to enable China’s electronics industry to shoulder the heavy responsibility of the Ministry of National Economy and Electronics Equipment Division and the People’s Substance and Cultural Life Electronic Product Supply Department, we believe that the following six transitions should be implemented in the future development strategy of China’s electronics industry:
