为分析广西拟黑多刺蚁(Polyrhachis vicina Roger)的液相指纹特征,建立样品的液相指纹的分析方法。结果表明:通过梯度洗脱,获得拟黑多刺蚁的10个液相特征指纹峰,方法学分析结果表明,样品的峰面积和保留时间稳定,该液相方法适用于拟黑多刺蚁的HPLC指纹图谱分析。本方法的建立,将为控制拟黑多刺蚁药材质量提供有效的技术参考。
In order to analyze the liquid-phase fingerprints of Polyrhachis vicina Roger, a liquid-phase fingerprinting method was established. The results showed that the ten fingerprints of the liquid phase were obtained by gradient elution. The methodological analysis showed that the peak area and the retention time of the sample were stable. The liquid method was suitable for the HPLC Fingerprint Analysis. The establishment of this method will provide an effective technical reference for controlling the quality of Medicinal plants of Prickly-Ant.
