目的:探讨在内分泌科护理管理中应用持续质量改进的措施及效果。方法:选取2014年7月~2016年7月期间医院内分泌科收治的80例住院患者,按随机数字法分为对照组40例与观察组40例,对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理基础上施行持续质量改进措施,比较两组患者的护理管理质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理人员,其五常法、护理文书书写、消毒隔离、患者管理、病房管理等护理管理质量评分高于对照组的护理人员(P<0.05)。观察组对护理总满意度,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进在内分泌科护理管理中的应用效果良好,可提高护理管理质量及患者对护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the measures and effects of applying continuous quality improvement in the nursing management of endocrinology. Methods: From July 2014 to July 2016, 80 inpatients admitted to Department of Endocrinology from July 2014 to July 2016 were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to random number method. The control group received routine nursing management and the observation group On the basis of nursing, continuous quality improvement measures were implemented, and the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The quality of nursing management of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the nursing staff in the control group (P <0.05). The five nursing methods, the writing of nursing documents, the disinfection and isolation, the patient management and the ward management etc. The total satisfaction of nursing group in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement in endocrinology and nursing management is effective and can improve the quality of nursing management and patient satisfaction with nursing.
