准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(photorefractive keratectomy,PRK)是近年来广泛用于治疗屈光不正的一项高新技术。它是用波长193nm的氟氩准分子激光对角膜中央部分前表面进行精确地切削,将表层角膜组织的化学键打断、气化排出,从而适度地改变角膜屈率,达到治疗近视的目的。但是,PRK术后24～48小时患者常有剧烈眼痛,如何减轻PRK术后的痛苦,缩短疼痛的时间,已成为国内外麻醉及专科医生研究的热点。笔者先后采用4种不同方法,系统观察了4组160例近视性PRK患者,现将结果总结如下。 Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) is widely used in recent years to treat refractive errors is a high-tech. How to reduce the pain and shorten the pain time after PRK has become a hot topic both at home and abroad for anesthesia and specialists. I have used four different methods, the system observed four groups of 160 cases of myopic PRK patients, the results are summarized below.
