患者男,20岁,既往无过敏史。因皮疹3天、巩膜,皮肤黄染一天,于1983年8月22日住院。住院前因发烧,咽痛曾连服复方新诺明3天,总量达4.5g时,全身皮肤出现荨麻疹样皮疹,伴有寒战,发热(38～38.5℃)。同时有恶心,呕吐,水样腹泻及心悸等症状。体检:体温36.7℃,脉搏76次,血压110/70。全身皮肤有散在的丘疹样荨麻疹,皮肤巩膜中度黄染,心肺正常。肝脾未扪及,肝区无压痛或叩击痛。实验室检查:红细胞365万、Hb9g%,白细胞11,800,中性80%、淋巴20%,网织红细胞4.6%,血小板11.6万。红细胞脆性试验:开始溶血0.4%,完全溶血0.34%。尿常规正常。尿胆红质阴性,尿
