建设“网络强国”的设想,是党中央在全面客观分析当前我国互联网发展基本国情及全球发展新形势基础上做出的重大部署。由“网络大国”向“网络强国”的转型,不仅表明了我国互联网治理的战略机遇和发展路径,而且将对未来互联网全球新秩序的形成和规则制定产生深远影响。网络强国的建成并非一朝一夕,未来还会面临诸多内外挑战,我们必须积极研究思考应对。
The idea of building a “network power” is a major deployment made by the party Central Committee on the basis of a full and objective analysis of the basic national conditions of the current development of the Internet in our country and the new situation of global development. The transition from “network power ” to “network power ” not only shows the strategic opportunities and development path of Internet governance in our country, but also will have a profound impact on the formation of the new global order of the Internet and the formulation of rules. The completion of a network power is not overnight. We will face many internal and external challenges in the future. We must actively study and respond to the issue.
