仔鳗对饲料中的大颗粒极为反感 ,当饲料中出现直径为 70 μm的组分时 ,被仔鳗摄入口中的饲料有6 0 %以上被吐出。质构粗糙 ,缺乏粘弹性的饲料同样不被仔鳗接受。试验条件下 ,质构不同的饲料 ,其吐出率从2 0 %升高到 80 %以上。以国内价廉水产动物体为主要原料 ,采用适宜的加工条件 ,制得国内第一批实验仔鳗开食配合饲料。仔鳗在分别食入该新型饲料和天然饵料丝蚯蚓后 ,特别生长率分别为每天 0 .76 2 %和 0 .783% ,相互间无统计差异。采用该新型开食配合饲料在保证仔鳗生长率的前提下 ,彻底堵绝了由天然饲料带病菌、病毒和寄生虫入池的途径
