信访工作是党和政府工作中的重点任务之一,是与群众密切联系的重要途径与手段,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要因素。近些年来,税务部门信访工作形势总体平稳,越级上访逐年下降,信访突出问题得到有效化解,信访秩序明显好转。但从一些单位的信访情况看,仍存在不少亟待改善的问题,信访工作任务仍十分繁重。基于此,本文着重对加强和改进税务部门信访工作提出相应的建议与对策。
The petition work is one of the key tasks in the work of the party and the government, an important way and means of being closely linked with the masses and an important factor in building a harmonious socialist society. In recent years, the petitioning work of the tax authorities has been generally smooth with the number of petty-escalated petitions dropping year by year. The outstanding problems of letters and visits have been effectively resolved, and the order of letters and petitions has obviously improved. However, according to the situation of letters and visits of some units, there are still many problems to be improved urgently. The task of petitioning letters and visits is still very heavy. Based on this, this article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen and improve the petition work in tax department.
