笔者就小学数学教师的本体性知识现状进行了调查研究。随机抽取76名小学数学教师作为研究的样本;研究的结果发现,小学数学教师的本体性知识普遍不足。分析影响的可能因素有三方面,一方面是部分教师对于教材中的内容理解不深入,教学中存在学生提出的问题教师难以解惑甚至“教错了”的现象;二是长期从事小学教育,使教师的思维逐渐儿童化;三是职前教育缺失,职后的学历教育没有得到补充。
The author conducted a research on the status quo of elementary mathematics teachers in elementary school. 76 primary school mathematics teachers were randomly selected as the sample of the study. The results of the research showed that elementary mathematics teachers generally lack the ontological knowledge. There are three possible reasons for the analysis of the impact. On the one hand, some teachers do not understand the content of the textbook deeply, teachers’ problems in the teaching are hard to be solved by teachers, or even “wrongly taught”; secondly, they have long been engaged in primary education , So that teachers gradually child-oriented thinking; third is the lack of pre-service education, post-qualification education has not been added.
