读1990年第4期《江苏水利科技》“竖井贯流式水轮发电机组运行情况调查分析”一文第三部分工艺和结构中第3点增速齿轮箱后,除同意该文对齿轮增速传动分析的看法外,现就以下重要问题提一点看法,以供商榷.原文阐述了阜宁、运西和运东三个水电站噪声严重的调查情况,其它如高良涧、杨庄活动坝、南偏泓等水电站、浏河潮汐水电站和浙江温岭江厦潮汐水电站、广东顺德县的甘竹滩水电站也存在同样问题。我们受江苏省水利厅农水处的委托,和噪声振动科研组的同志一起,于1983年全国平原地区小水电技术座谈会召开之前,到苏北的阜宁、高良涧和杨庄活动坝三个水电站作
