目的:探讨3种不同化疗方案对初治涂阳肺结核治疗的经济效果。方法:运用成本-效果分析法对3种方案进行分析。结果:板装组、散装组和复合组的痰菌阴转率分别为94·44%、93·75%、97·96%(P>0·05),成本-效果比依次为1506、1598、1610。结论:板装组方案较佳。
Objective: To investigate the economic effects of three kinds of chemotherapy regimens on the treatment of newly diagnosed smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The cost-effectiveness analysis of the three programs were analyzed. Results: The negative conversion rate of sputum in plate group, bulk group and composite group were 94.44%, 93.75% and 97.96% (P> 0.05), respectively, and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 1506 and 1598 , 1610. Conclusion: The plan of board assembly is better.
