济南铁路局自1990年以来,针对企业点多、线长、流动分散的特点,坚持把职工政治学校建成培育“四有”职工队伍的坚强阵地,先后对广大职工进行了七轮系统理论培训,有近60万人次在164所职工政校中接受了系统马克思主义基本理论、社会主义理想信念、道德规范、科学文化知识的学习教育,为企业的改革发展稳定提供了强有力的精神动力和思想保证。今年4月28日,中央人民广播电台在早《新闻联播》“加强思想政治工作”要闻栏目中,播出了济南铁路局职工政治学校十年硕果累累的消息,4月24日《人民日报》、4月15日《人民铁道》报也登载了同一内容的消息,对我局职工政校给予了很高的评价。
