国家信息中心新近一份研究报告预测,1997年我国的宏观经济政策将呈现十大基本取向:一是继续采取适度从紧的宏观经济政策,控制经济增长速度,国家将进一步完善新税制,加强税收征管,特别是对非国有企业税收和个人所得税的征管,努力增加财政收入,从严控制财政支出,仍要加强对全社会货币供应量的宏观调控,严格控制货币信贷总量,继续发展公开市场业务,规范金融秩序,保证金融稳定。
