将表达β-半乳糖苷酶的重组HSV-1(RH-116株,TK~-)与野生型HSV-1(Kos株TK~+)共感染BALB/c小鼠前房。以β-半乳糖苷酶基因作标记基因,用x-gal检测其产物,以示踪HSV-1在神经中的传播。
BALB / c mouse anterior chamber was co-infected with recombinant HSV-1 (RH-116 strain, TK ~ -) expressing β-galactosidase and wild type HSV-1 (Kos strain TK ~ +). The β-galactosidase gene was used as a marker gene and its product was detected by x-gal to track the transmission of HSV-1 in the nerve.
