按理说,作为一名机关干部,给前来办事的群众倒杯水,这是起码的礼节和应有的态度。为群众让个座,立即回答对方提出的各种问题,也是份内之事。可问题是,时下有些部门,特别是一些起窗口作用部门的干部,对上门办事的群众,别说能倒上一杯水,有的连一句客气的话都没有。少数机关干部,面对前来“求”自己的办事的群众,总是以一种“君临臣下”的心态来对待,尤其是对上访的群众,更是抱着一种“闹事”和“找麻烦”的思维定势,不要说公仆意识丢到了脑后,就连起码的平等意识也没有。
