随机选21例病儿,年龄1.08~6.O岁,分为发钳组(n=10),非发绀组(n=11),年龄、性别、体重两组间无差异。结果:两组血浆胶体渗透压在停体外循环时最低,发绀组高于非发绀组(P<0.05)。胶渗压与血浆白蛋白浓度相关良好。血浆渗透克分子浓度(Posm)两组在停体外循环时最高,但均未超过正常,测量值与计算值相关良好。尿渗透克分子浓度(Uosm)及比重入手术室时最高,且Uosm/Posm比值大于2.0,Uosm与尿比重相关良好。血糖在CPB后开始升高,CPB后1h最高(P<0.01)。发绀组CPB后8h仍高于正常,非发组组4h后恢复至正常。
21 cases of children were randomly selected, aged 1.08 ~ 6. O years old, divided into hair clamp group (n = 10), non-cyanotic group (n = 11), age, gender, weight no difference between the two groups. The measured values correlated well with the calculated values. Urinary osmolality (Uosm) and specific gravity were highest in the operating room with a Uosm / Posm ratio of greater than 2.0 and Uosm correlated well with urinary specific gravity. Blood glucose began to rise after CPB, 1h after CPB was the highest (P <0.01). Cyanosis group 8h after CPB is still higher than normal, non-fat group 4h returned to normal.
