本文首先分析并指出现行的地下水多年均衡法。由于未考虑机泵配套允许扬程对地下水降深限制所带来的影响,使计算成果不能真实反映地下水允许降深的保证率关系,故不能用以计算地下水资源的可开采量。 文中着重探讨一种能反映扬程限制影响的多年均衡法,并通过大量算例对比,表明新、旧两法的差别不小。笔者认为建议法所建立的年最大埋深变动过程及其频率分布是真实的,能较确切地反映一定扬程限控条件下的实际情况,用以进行浅层地下水资源评价,才是合理的、可靠的。 为便于实践使用,文末附有建议法的程序框图及FORTRAN语言的通用程序。
This paper first analyzes and points out the current multi-year equilibrium method of groundwater. The effect of the pump head allowable lift on the limitation of groundwater drop is not taken into account so that the calculated result can not truly reflect the guaranteed rate of groundwater permitting reduction. Therefore, it can not be used to calculate the recoverable amount of groundwater resources. This paper focuses on a multi-year equilibrium method that can reflect the impact of head restraint. By comparing a large number of examples, it shows that the difference between the new and old laws is not small. The author thinks that the maximum annual depth and the frequency distribution established by the Proposed Law are true and can accurately reflect the actual conditions under a certain head restraint and control for the evaluation of shallow groundwater resources. reliable.
