食品安全国家标准跟踪评价是《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》确立的一项法律制度。其目的是掌握国家标准的贯彻落实和执行情况,推进标准的贯彻实施,调查标准的科学性和实用性,为实施标准和适时组织修订标准提供依据。2012年国家卫生计生委发布的《食品安全国家标准跟踪评价规范(试行)》对跟踪评价的原则、职责、内容、方式、信息及要求进行了具体规定。近两年,按照国家的安排部署,我省先后参加了13项食品安全国家标准的跟踪评价,完成调查问卷1534份,实
