我国体育教育实践中存在诸多的问题,特别是体育实践所要求的示范指导能力比较薄弱。对师范院校的体育专业学生进行教师职业技能训练,使他们掌握教育、教学必备的基本技能,这是完善高等师范院校体育专业学生基本功的客观要求,是高等师范院校合格体育毕业生的必备条件,也是对实现高等师范教育培养目标的要求。因此,体育教育专业人才培养模式的构建与创新,是目前社会形势下迫在眉睫的事情。
