教师应该从掌握后进生的实际出发,与后进生建立起良好的师生关系,走进学生心灵深处,让学生爱上我们,由此爱上英语学科。在此基础之上,教师应根据英语学科的特点,教给后进生们一些科学可行的学英语的方法,构建有效课堂,激活课堂气氛,缩短优劣差距,督促自主学习,激发学习热情,英语后进生的学习状况一定会朝着理想的方向发展。
