0前言 随着国内汽车工业的迅猛发展,而活塞环的需求量及质量要求也日益提高。市场上优质名牌活塞环供不应求,镀铬环更为看好。对活塞环制造厂来说:镀铬环由于其价格高、销路好、使用寿命长等特点。被各厂列为企业发展的重点。但镀铬环的生产由于其工序多、工艺复杂、能耗大、废品率高等因素。各厂在镀环生产中却面临着如何提高其工艺性?如何降低其生产成本?如何提高其成品率问题,而这些问题已成为各厂科技人员共同关心的课题。现就我们在这一领域内进行的探讨提供大家参考。1提高镀铬层均匀度是减少镀层厚度的有效方法 在镀铬环生产过程中耗时、耕能最大的工序是电镀。通常镀铬活塞环成品镀层厚度最低要求为0.08~0.12mm。而在生产过程中考虑到工艺的加工可能性,各厂在电镀时镀层厚度一般为0.18~0.22mm。然后再经过各种形式的加工将镀铬层去掉。这样,一方面由于镀层厚,要耗用大量的电能及铬酐,另一方面由于镀层的增厚,容易在镀层表面形成铬瘤、毛刺等,对结合力不利。另外由于铬层的机械特性,在加工过程中是十分耗时、耗工装的,这本身就是一种浪费。分析其原因主要有以下几点:
