目前PHA诱导人T淋巴细胞在半固体琼脂培养基中形成集落来研究入T淋巴细胞的增殖能力已得到普遍确认。本文进一步介绍了用这种方法获得的T淋巴细胞集落(TLC)中集落细胞和集落抑制细胞的特征。首先将常规方法分离得到的MC、ERFC以及FcR~-和FcR~+E-RFC分别在含SRBC、2-巯基乙醇、FCS及人B血清的半固体琼脂培养基中培养,结果MC、ERFC及FcR~-E-RFC的集落形成率为1—2%。进一步运用OXEA(人7 SIgG)花环形成技术检测E-RFC集落细胞表面的Fc受体,发现多数集落细胞无Fc受体,FcR~+细胞极少。将FcR~+E-RFC与FcR~-E-RFC共同培养后发现FcR~-细胞的集落形成被抑
The current PHA induced human T lymphocytes in the semi-solid agar medium to form colonies to study the proliferation of T lymphocytes has been widely recognized. This article further describes the characteristics of colony cells and colony-inhibiting cells in T-lymphocyte colony (TLC) obtained by this method. The MC, ERFC, FcR ~ - and FcR ~ + E-RFC isolated from the conventional methods were respectively cultured in semi-solid agar medium containing SRBC, 2-mercaptoethanol, FCS and human B serum.
