目的调查分析北京市三甲医院医务人员,对于感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的医务人员的态度。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对北京市三甲医院的医务人员进行自填式问卷调查,并做描述性分析。结果共调查医务人员392名,69.6%的人从未接受过HIV抗体检测,56.4%的人同意应该对医务人员强制进行HIV抗体检测,68.4%的人同意感染HIV的医务人员不能进行侵入性操作,40.8%的人同意感染HIV的医务人员在进行侵入性操作前,应该向病人说明自己的病情。以上四部分的态度与HIV暴露防护知识的相关系数没有统计学意义。结论大部分医务人员从未接受过HIV抗体检测,是否在医务人员中进行HIV抗体检测、对感染HIV的医务人员的从业规范做出相关规定,还需要进一步的研究论证。
Objective To investigate and analyze the attitude of medical staff in Beijing First-Class Hospital for medical staff who are infected with HIV. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to carry out a self-administered questionnaire survey of medical staff in Beijing’s top three hospitals and make descriptive analysis. Results A total of 392 medical staffs were investigated, 69.6% never received HIV antibody test, 56.4% agreed that medical staff should be compelled to conduct HIV antibody test, and 68.4% agreed that HIV-infected medical staff could not conduct invasive operation , 40.8% agreed that HIV-infected medical staff should explain their condition to patients before conducting invasive procedures. The correlation between the attitude of the above four parts and HIV prevention knowledge was not statistically significant. Conclusion Most medical personnel have never been tested for HIV antibody, whether HIV antibody testing is conducted among medical staff or not, and relevant regulations on the practice of HIV-infected medical personnel are needed. Further research and demonstration are needed.
