针对螺旋孔型斜轧球墨铸铁的轧制缺陷之一——连接颈的早断 ,分析了连接颈部分所受外力的分布状况及其数学式 ,并以 3 0 mm的球墨铸铁磨球为例进行了计算 ,给出了在三种情况下的连接颈应力变化曲线 ,由此判断最大应力发生的部位 ,而且分析了轧辊直径对连接颈应力的影响曲线。分析轧制产品可知 ,计算结果比较令人满意。最后 ,给出了轧制 3 0 mm磨球时轨辊直径的选取范围
Aiming at the early breaking of the connecting neck, one of the rolling defects of the helical hole-type skew nodular cast iron, the distribution of the external force on the neck and its mathematical formula are analyzed. For example, the curves of the connection neck stress under three conditions are given, and the location of the maximum stress is determined. The influence curve of the roll diameter on the connection neck stress is also analyzed. Analysis of rolling products shows that the calculation results are satisfactory. Finally, the selection range of the roller diameter when rolling a 30 mm ball is given
