国家经济制度和历史情况不同,国有经济在国民经济中的角色定位也必然不同,国有经济角色的定位不同又会导致国有企业社会责任的不同。即使在一国之内,这种联动性也是处在不断地变化之中的。本文正是基于这一判断,通过对新中国成立以来我国不同时期的国有经济角色定位和国有企业社会责任的分析,通过细化国有经济角色定位找出深刻影响国有企业社会责任的关键因素,以期为解决我国国有企业社会责任问题提供参考。
The national economic system is different from the historical situation. The role of the state-owned economy in the national economy is necessarily different. The different orientation of the state-owned economy will lead to different social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises. Even within a country, this linkage is constantly changing. This article is based on this judgment. Through the analysis of the roles of the state-owned economy and the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in different periods since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we have sought to identify the key factors that have profoundly affected the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises by refining the role orientation of the state-owned economy. To provide reference for solving the problem of China’s state-owned enterprises’ social responsibility.
