目的 :研究复方乙肝口服液对实验性肝损伤的保护作用和对免疫功能的影响。方法 :以CCl4、D GlaN损伤小鼠肝细胞 ,以环磷酰胺抑制免疫功能测定血清中ALT、溶菌酶、溶血素抗体、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及红细胞SOD的含量等。结果 :乙肝口服液 5 .0、1 0 .0 g/kgig能明显抑制CCl4、D GlaN小鼠ALT的升高 ,明显提高环磷酰胺引起免疫功能低下小鼠的溶菌酶含量 ,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率 ,显著增加红细胞中SOD含量。结论 :复方乙肝口服液有显著的保肝降酶和提高免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of compound hepatitis B oral liquid on experimental hepatic injury and its effect on immune function. METHODS: CCl4 and D GlaN were used to injure the mouse hepatocytes, and the serum ALT, lysozyme, hemolysin antibodies, peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, and erythrocyte SOD content were measured using cyclophosphamide to inhibit immune function. RESULTS: The HBV oral liquids of 5.0 and 1.0 g/kgig significantly inhibited the elevation of ALT in CCl4 and D-GalN mice, and significantly increased the content of lysozyme in mice with low immune function induced by cyclophosphamide and increased the abdominal cavity of mice. Percent phagocytosis of macrophages significantly increased SOD content in red blood cells. Conclusion : Compound Hepatitis B oral solution has a significant role in protecting the liver, reducing enzymes and improving immune function.
