目的了解大连市各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况,以便加强和改进消毒管理模式,提高消毒与灭菌质量。方法对医院室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、灭菌物品和压力蒸汽灭菌器进行采样检测。结果共采样588份,合格519份,平均总合格率为88.27%,其中部队医院为93.10%,市级医院为90%以上,民营医院为81.61%。结论大连市各级各类医疗机构消毒质量整体较好,但工作人员手和内镜合格率较低,应加强医院的监督监测管理工作。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Dalian in order to strengthen and improve the disinfection management mode and improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization. Methods The samples of hospital indoor air, surface of objects, medical staff, disinfectant used, sterilized articles and pressure steam sterilizer were sampled and tested. Results A total of 588 samples were obtained, of which 519 were qualified, with an average total passing rate of 88.27%, of which 93.10% were in military hospitals, 90% in municipal hospitals and 81.61% in private hospitals. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in various medical institutions at all levels in Dalian is good overall, but the passing rate of staff members and endoscopes is relatively low. Supervision, supervision and management of hospitals should be strengthened.
