共轭曲面的可控曲率修正计算是一项十分困难的问题,文献分别就弧齿锥齿轮的曲率控制问题进行了探讨。本文从一般的啮合理论出发,提出一种任意指定可控点时,共轭曲面曲率修正计算的一般方法,亦应用这种方法讨论了 Niemann 蜗杆传动的可控曲率修正问题。
The controllable curvature correction calculation of conjugate surface is a very difficult problem. The literature discusses the curvature control of spiral bevel gear. Based on the general theory of meshing, this paper presents a general method to calculate the curvature correction of conjugate surface when the controllable point is arbitrarily specified. This method is also used to discuss the controllable curvature correction of Niemann worm drive.
