1病例报告患者,男,75岁。2008-01-24,因左睾丸无痛性肿大及下坠感,伴低热、盗汗、消瘦,就诊于东南大学附属中大医院。行胸腹部CT检查发现,左睾丸7.7cm×5.4 cm占位及左侧腹膜后软组织影,余未见明显异常。隧于2008-01-28行左睾丸切除加精索高位结扎术。术后病理诊断为左睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋
