目前我国人力资源市场处于饱和状态,出现职位供不应求的现象,导致各大高职院校毕业生面临巨大的就业压力。为解决日益严峻的就业形势,大部分高职院校开始积极响应创新创业教学。该目标是:培育具备高素质知识储备的创新能力与品质的人才。新型高职创新创业教育目标逐步迈入规范化、整体化,但是其发展创设过程中出现的问题并不少。文章从高职学生创设创新创业教育的必要性、创设的思绪、发展过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,同时对这些缺陷提出应对策略。
At present, the human resources market in our country is in a state of saturation, with the phenomenon of short supply of posts. As a result, graduates of major vocational colleges are facing huge employment pressure. In order to solve the increasingly serious employment situation, most of the higher vocational colleges began to respond positively to the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching. The goal is to nurture people with innovative capabilities and qualities that have a high-quality knowledge base. The goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education in new higher vocational education has gradually become standardized and integrated. However, there are not many problems in its development. The article analyzes and studies the necessity of creation of innovative and pioneering education, the thought of creation and the problems in the process of its development, and puts forward the countermeasures for these defects.
