本文通过对企业培训管理工作的探索,总结了企业员工培训应遵循的基本原则及具体的经验做法,指出全员培训体系的形成对提高全员素质、满足企业可持续发展发展起着积极地推动作用。
Based on the exploration of enterprise training management, this paper summarizes the basic principle and concrete experience that should be followed in the training of enterprise staff, and points out that the formation of full training system can promote the quality of all staff and promote the sustainable development of enterprises effect.
