目的:探究移动信息技术在门诊输液流程管理中的应用价值。方法:分析传统门诊输液管理模式中存在的隐患,利用移动信息技术改造门诊输液管理流程,充分考虑患者的就诊需求,改善就诊体验。结果:移动信息技术应用于门诊输液管理流程后,有效减少了医患纠纷和医疗投诉事件的发生,提高了护士的工作效率,给患者营造了一个安心、舒适的就医环境,患者的满意度从实施前的87.4%提高到了98.9%。结论:将移动信息技术应用于门诊输液室管理流程的改善,能够有效优化整体流程,更符合患者的就诊需求,减少了流程因素引起的医疗纠纷和患者投诉,改善了患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of mobile information technology in outpatient infusion process management. Methods: To analyze the hidden dangers existing in the traditional outpatient infusion management mode, to make use of mobile information technology to transform outpatient infusion management procedures, to fully consider the needs of patients and improve the treatment experience. Results: Mobile information technology used in outpatient infusion management process, effectively reducing the incidence of medical disputes and medical complaints, improve the work efficiency of nurses, to create a patient comfort and comfortable medical environment, patient satisfaction from 87.4% before implementation increased to 98.9%. CONCLUSION: The application of mobile information technology to the outpatient infusion room management process can effectively optimize the whole process, meet the needs of patients’ treatment, reduce medical disputes and patient complaints caused by process factors, and improve patient satisfaction.
