第一章 总则第一条 本团体的中文名称为四川省有色金属工业协会,简称四川有色协会,英文名称为SICHUAN NONFERROUS METALS INDUSTRY ASSOCIAION,英文缩写为:SNI-A.第二条 四川省有色金属工业协会是由省内有色金属企、事业单位和个人自愿结成、为实现会员共同意愿、按照章程开展活动的全省行业性非营利性社会团体和自律性管理组织,是经社团登记管理机关四川省民政厅核准注册登记的社团法人组织.
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Chinese name of this association is Sichuan Nonferrous Metal Industry Association, abbreviated as Sichuan Nonferrous Association, whose English name is SICHUAN NONFERROUS METALS INDUSTRY ASSOCIAION, abbreviated as SNI-A. Article 2 Sichuan Nonferrous Metal Industry Association is a non-ferrous metal enterprises from the province, institutions and individuals voluntarily formed, in order to achieve the common aspiration of members, in accordance with the constitution of the province’s industry-based non-profit social organizations and self-regulatory management organizations, is the societies registration authority Sichuan Provincial Civil Affairs Department approved the registration of corporate judicial organizations.
