改革开放以来,我国粮食价格机制经过多次改革,逐步过渡到了市场定价的机制。本文分析了与粮食价格有关的成本和供给因素以及粮食价格政策,结果表明我国粮食价格在粮食价格政策回归市场机制的基础上正趋向于其生产成本,并且受到供求关系的影响。本文还对2008～2015年粮食价格进行了预测。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s grain pricing mechanism has undergone many reforms and has gradually shifted to a market-pricing mechanism. This paper analyzes the cost and supply factors related to food price and the food price policy. The results show that the price of grain in China is moving toward the cost of production based on the return of the market price policy to the market and is affected by the supply-demand relationship. This article also forecast the grain price from 2008 to 2015.
