5月18日,国务院下发《石化产业调整和振兴规划》,是2月19日公布的石化产业规划原则性指导方案的进一步细化。《规划》列举了产业调整和振兴的主要任务;并提出了相应的政策措施。
On May 18, the State Council issued the “Regulation and Revitalization Plan for Petrochemical Industry”, a further refinement of the guiding principle for the principle of petrochemical industry planning announced on February 19. “Planning” lists the main tasks of industrial restructuring and rejuvenation; and puts forward corresponding policies and measures.
