现代学徒制是目前职业院校学生培养中一种流行的培养模式,本文针对大三学生的跟岗实习(以企业真实案例为依据),在企业实行“师徒制”培养过程中,学校与企业双方就培养与协调、对接与管理等方面困难,进行深入总结与研究,得出解决之道,实现了实习生的高效培养,完善了企业实习生管理体系的制度化与常态化,为企业与职业院校后期展开深度工学合作,提供了参考与途径。
