环顾我们这个古老的城市,住宅建设的规模日益扩大,大批新的居住小区不断崛起,为了能给广大居民创造优美、舒适、安全、方便的居住环境,建筑设计人员呕心沥血地创作。然而,面对大量已完工的住宅小区,仍有许多不尽人意的地方,而小区内部空间单调呆板,道路交通混乱,影响安全是共有的问题。笔者曾赴深圳参观、学习,那儿的连廊小区建设给人以耳目一新的感觉,对我们小区建设有一定的启发。
Looking around our ancient city, the scale of residential construction has been expanding, and a large number of new residential quarters have continuously emerged. In order to create a beautiful, comfortable, safe and convenient living environment for the majority of residents, the architectural design staff worked painstakingly. However, in the face of a large number of completed residential areas, there are still many unsatisfactory areas, and the internal space of the community is monotonous and dull, road traffic is chaotic, and the impact on safety is a common problem. The author once visited Shenzhen and studied. The construction of the Corridor Community there gave people a fresh look and feel and inspired us in the construction of the community.
