为掌握方钢约束混凝土拱架套管节点的力学特性,分析了套管节点抗弯力学行为模式,进行了套管节点铰-刚临界转角的计算与讨论,提出了铰-刚模式判据.进行了套管节点纯弯曲数值试验,得到了套管节点典型4阶段M-Δφ全过程曲线,揭示了曲线OA阶段产生的原因及对构件抗弯性能的影响规律,掌握了套管节点的典型抗弯行为模式及基本力学性能参数;明确了原始曲率及其他参数(混凝土强度fcu,k、套管长度l、套管壁厚t、间隙δ等)对构件极限弯矩Mue、临界曲率增量Δφ0、等效抗弯刚度(Ki,Ks)等力学参数的影响规律.在此基础上指出了新型拱架套管节点参数的设计思路.
In order to grasp the mechanical characteristics of the square steel tube constrained concrete arch bridge, the bending mechanics behavior mode of the tubular joint was analyzed. The calculation and discussion of the hinge-to-rigid critical angle of the tubular joint were carried out. The hinge-rigid model criterion was proposed. The numerical experiment of the pure bending of the bushing node was carried out, and the typical 4-stage M-Δφ curve of the bushing node was obtained. The reason of the OA phase of the curve and its influence on the bending behavior of the member were revealed. Bending behavior model and basic mechanical properties parameters; clear the original curvature and other parameters (concrete strength fcu, k, casing length l, casing wall thickness t, clearance δ, etc.) on member ultimate bending moment Mue, critical curvature increment Δφ0, equivalent bending stiffness (Ki, Ks) and other mechanical parameters.On the basis of this, the design idea of the new type of parameters for the joint of bushing is pointed out.
