企业是市场的主体,是经济建设的主战场。在转换企业经营机制、建立现代企业制度的新形势下,企业报的宣传应该从单一的思想政治教育职能转移到以经济宣传为主多职能并举的格局。当前企业改革措施出台较多,生产建设面临的困难纷呈迭至,职工思想比较活跃。在这种情况下,企业报宣传工作怎样有效地激励职工参与改革和生产建设?笔者认为,企业报宣传工作应做到“四贴近”。
Enterprises are the main body of the market and the main battlefield of economic construction. Under the new situation of changing the mechanism of enterprise management and establishing a modern enterprise system, the propaganda of enterprise newspaper should be shifted from a single ideological and political education function to a pattern in which multiple functions are mainly promoted through economic propaganda. At present, there are many enterprise reform measures promulgated and the difficulties faced in production and construction have been overwhelmed. The thinking of staff and workers is relatively active. Under such circumstances, how to effectively encourage employees to participate in the reform and production and construction of the enterprise newspaper publicity work? In my opinion, the enterprise newspaper publicity work should be “four close.”
