本文上篇谈到基础性准备,首要的是建设“思想库”。现在来谈谈建设“资料库”。记者和通讯员写新闻报道,主要是靠现场采访,这是尽人皆知的道理,但是,在记者(通讯员)的队伍里却有“穷”与“富”之分。所谓“穷”记者(通讯员),是指“身无分文”。要新闻线索,两手空空;制定报道计划,只好“临时抱佛脚”;投入采访,更是“两眼漆黑”,对报道对象一无所知。“富”记者(通讯员)则不然,家底厚,储存的资料丰富。要新闻线索,伸手可取;采访时需要背景材料,呼之即出……。一个记者(通讯员)怎样才能由“穷”变
