法学作为实践性强的一门社会学科,知识的终端输出的价值必然在于解决社会的各种纠纷。法学的这一特性,应当贯彻中我国高校法学本科培养计划和方案中,目前我国法学本科实践教学重理论轻实践,应当在今后的法学教育中,强化实践课程,多方面培养学生的实践动手能力,适应社会对法学专业人才的需求。本文拟深入分析高校法学本科实践教学培育体系方面存在的问题,探讨如何完善高校法学本科实践教育培育体系,期待有所裨益与高校法学本科专业的进一步发展,面向社会
