激励措施是“人力资源”(以下简称“人资”)管理中的重要手段。随着国家经济的发展和医疗卫生需求的提高,医院的发展步伐在不断加快。为了保证医院发展中人才作用的有效发挥,在医院人资管理中恰当地运用激励措施成为了当前的一大重要课题。本文结合医院人资管理中激励措施的作用,对激励措施的几个基本方法及其在医院人资管理中的应用展开了探讨。
Incentives are an important tool in the management of “human resources” (hereinafter referred to as “people”). With the development of national economy and the increasing demand of medical and health care, the pace of development of the hospital is accelerating. In order to ensure the effective use of talents in the development of hospitals, proper application of incentive measures in the management of hospital personnel has become a major issue at present. Based on the role of incentive measures in the management of hospital personnel, this paper discusses several basic methods of incentive measures and their application in hospital personnel management.
