近20年来,黄河上游来水减少,滩地淤积严重,沿河群众在滩区生产活动越来越频繁,河道安全行洪和群众种植利益的矛盾十分突出。文章就加强滩地管理,保障人民利益,提出几点建议。
In the past 20 years, there has been a drop in inflow of water in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and serious siltation of beaches. The production activities along the river banks in the floodplain areas have become more frequent. The contradiction between the safe flood control in the river channels and the benefits of mass planting is prominent. Article on beach land management to strengthen and safeguard the interests of the people, put forward some suggestions.
