目前已用经验模型来予测水力旋流器的各种性能:处理能力,分离粒度(dC),水的分流和分配曲线。这些模型(如Lynch和Rao模型及Plitt模型)是研究和校核旋流器直径大于4英寸用的。但是,对小直径旋流器,经验模型研究做得很少。本文报导小直径旋流器扩大试验研究过程,研究了现有经验模型对小直径旋流器的适用性及其精度比较,为了改善这些模型对小直径旋流器性能予测的能力,提出了修改方程。
Empirical models have been used to predict the performance of hydrocyclones: capacity, particle size (dC), water diversion and distribution curves. These models, such as the Lynch and Rao models and the Plitt model, are used to study and check hydrocyclone diameters greater than 4 inches. However, empirical studies on small-diameter cyclones have done very little. In this paper, the experimental research on small-diameter cyclone expansion is reported. The applicability and accuracy comparison of existing empirical models for small-diameter cyclones are studied. In order to improve the ability of these models to predict the performance of small-diameter cyclones, Modify the equation.
