采用显微疲劳试验方法和显微疲劳试验装置对低合金钢16MnR单边缺口试样进行了疲劳试验,研究了短裂纹萌生和扩展的特征。结果表明,短裂纹萌生及扩展分三个阶段,每一阶段的形貌都有其特点,在裂纹扩展后期,短裂纹的发展以裂纹密度不断增加并形成损伤区为主要特征,然后在损伤区选择一条主裂纹扩展。
The fatigue test of low alloyed steel 16MnR unilateral notched specimens was carried out by means of micro fatigue test and micro fatigue testing equipment. The characteristics of short crack initiation and propagation were studied. The results show that the short crack initiation and propagation are divided into three stages, the morphology of each stage has its own characteristics. In the later stage of crack growth, the development of short crack is mainly characterized by the increasing crack density and the formation of the damaged zone. Choose a main crack extension.
