在经济发展方式转变和工人就业观念变化的双重因素影响下,福清市劳动力的供给不能满足企业的用工需求,制约了企业的可持续发展。政府一方面要引导企业转型升级,减少劳动密集型企业用工,改善用工环境,树立良好的用工理念;另一方面政府有关部门也要加大劳动力市场建设力度,完善市场信息网络建设,为供求双方提供更好的服务。
Under the dual factors of the change of economic development mode and the change of workers’ employment concept, the supply of labor force in Fuqing City can not meet the employment demand of enterprises and restrict the sustainable development of enterprises. On the one hand, the government should guide the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, reduce the employment of labor-intensive enterprises, improve the employment environment and establish a good employment concept; on the other hand, relevant government departments should also step up efforts in building the labor market, improve the construction of market information networks, provide better service.
