随着我国的社会主义司法体制改革向纵深的发展,作为国家司法体系重要一环的检察权运行机制改革也在逐步的迈向深入,其核心就是对检察权运行制约和监督体系的建立和完善,为此全国检察机关开展了一系列改革探索,随着这些创新举措的逐步成熟,应当在此基础上进行有效的整合,从而形成一个健全的检察权运行制约和监督完整体系。
With the deepening of the socialist judicial system reform in our country, the reform of the operating mechanism of procuratorial power, which is an important part of the national judicial system, has been gradually deepened. The core of the reform is the establishment and improvement of the regulatory and supervisory system for procuratorial power . As a result, a series of reforms and explorations have been carried out by procuratorial organs throughout the country. With the gradual maturity of these innovative measures, effective integration should be conducted on the basis to form a sound system for the operation and supervision of procuratorial power.
